Thank you for visiting my page. Groundless is a piece of music that combines improvisations made with friends with pieces I’ve recorded solo. Some of these have been manipulated and some are untouched save for the mixing. This album is intended to be listened to from beginning to end. My intention was to create a listening experience with surprises as well as places to sit for a while.

Groundlessness is a concept that resonated with me while listening to a talk by Pema Chodron. It’s something that holds a level of truth to me at this point in my life. The practice of lifting expectations of permanence has improved my inner peace. Although Groundlessness was the main conceptual through-piece while binding the music together, that was my personal trip. I hope you get something unique and useful from listening to this. Thanks again for visiting.
